Looking back on what I intended to do, what I did, and what I achieved, a lot depends on how your parents raised you. I think my parents set an example for me that hard work pays off. With such a foundation in place, he is now in charge of Gan Khiits JSC. 2015 will be the 30th anniversary of our company. After graduating from the Ural Polytechnic School in 1982 and joining the Plumbing Plant by the order of the Minister of Construction and Urban Materials Industry, he has been working for Gan Khits for 32 years. In 1985, the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development implemented a policy to establish a construction steel plant. It had a production capacity of 6000 tons of metal structures and was built and commissioned with the economic assistance of the then socialist country. I worked for this company as a cleaner. During this time I saw many good and bad things.
Today, our company has more than 150 full-time employees in 9 factories. More than 300 people are employed at the start of construction. We also have a factory with 4-5 people. But why can’t we produce? No leader should call the people like a ill of those who deal with him in the first place. Such people spontaneously give up their jobs and leave. I often say, “If you do the work, do it the way you did it; if you can’t, don’t live in the mud. “You just have to do what you can. Such requirements apply to both employees and new entrants. Only people who are interested in working real able place. It is very difficult to work with such people who are lazy, liars, thieves, and alcoholics. In general, a person has to live from where he has stepped to grow flowers.
Our government is not a good manager. In 2000, the government announced a tender to build a 0.4 power line. The tender provided for the production of 3,000 young, straight logs with a diameter of 25 cm. This is destroying the environment. At the same time, I decided to make a power pole out of concrete and started building a factory. As a result, the time when Mongolia gets its energy pillars from forest trees had long gone in the past. If you are making wooden poles now, you need to go straight to the conservation with department. It would be appropriate to hold companies and officials accountable for such actions. At present, a power pole factory has been established in Dornod province, which fully meets the needs of the eastern province.It is possible to supply 25% of the total electricity supply in Ulaanbaatar. The reform government gave our company 2.5 billion MNT last year. With it, we had automated all the machinery and equipment of the metallurgical plant. The pedestrian bridge in the capital city is being built by foreigners. Our company can do it. We made a high frame of “Tuushin” company. With the production of sandwich panels, our company is able to continue construction work in winter and summer. Nails and vacuum windows are also being produced by our factory. We produce 100 kg of nails per day.
In the old society, I think the development of the country is going on because the heads of engineers are working. Today, supporting our engineers is the right thing to do. Development is not a matter of how much money you spend. A person with money should implement a policy based on the mentality of an engineer. The government needs to train such far-sighted and big-minded engineers. Compared to what is being built twenty years ago, it has developed very rapidly. All work was carried out with modern equipment, technology and machinery, and construction began quickly. It doesn’t matter who the heads of government ministries and administrations are, I think the policy makers of those ministries should have an engineering skills.
