Our company had started operating in 2015 in Choibalsan, Dornod province, with the aim of contributing to the development of the Mongolian railway. It currently employs more than 60 people and has a production capacity of 550 concrete cushions per day, as well as all types of reinforced railway cushion concrete.
In 2019, a contract was signed with Mongolian Railway to supply 414.6 km of Tavan Tolgoi-Zuun Bayan railway cushion concrete, and in 2019, 46,000 concrete cushion concrete was supplied. Zuunbayan ”416 km railway is being built by Mongolian engineers and they are making concrete railway sleepers. Mongolians produce everything except iron. The Ulaanbaatar branch of the Concrete Pillow Factory currently employs about 40 skilled workers.
