“Gan Khiits ”JSC was first established as Steel Structure Factory affiliate of Ministry of Construction Material Industry in 1985.Our annual capacity to produce steel structure is 6000 tns. The industry was changed with new management in the field of industry and trade as “Gan Khiits ”JSC in 1992.
In 1994 our company’s engineering technical specialist’s initiative technology for processing flour of bone and in 1995, 1996 manufactured and exported 600 tons flour of bone. In 1998 we established “Gan Yon Plastic” LLC in order to supply many kind of bag to Mongolian market, in 1999.
We are working with a total of more than 100 employees, the Engineer staffs consists of 1 Mongolian Consulting Engineer, 1 Doctor of Technical Sciences, and 12 Bachelor of Technical Sciences.
Our 75% of the skilled workers are high-level assemblers, welders and fitters, and 14 welders are certified as international (ASME standard) certified welders.
The quality of the weld seams of the products is verified by non-destructive testing by an international grade II engineer.
Our company has more than 100 pieces of technological equipment and machinery required for the production and assembly of metal structures. Since 2010, we have been developing the “Renovation” project to upgrade the equipment and introducing the latest technology. Based on the training and retraining of welders of construction companies operating in the territory of Mongolia since 1988, a total of 172 people have been trained or issued certified welders’ licenses. Since 2009, we have been organizing trainings for the welders at our factory in cooperation with the German Vocational Training Center.
Our company operates in an industrial building with an area of 7000m2, an open warehouse with an area of 3000m2 and an office building with an area of 1036.8m2.
The company established a sandwich panel workshop in 2005 and has opened up a wide range of applications for production, trade, service and household construction, transportation, mining and construction. As a result, it has made a significant contribution to Mongolia’s development by opening the door to the production of sandwich panels which had purchased at high prices from China. In addition, the technology for the production of foam used in the production of sandwich panels has been introduced and can be produced in the country.
Since June 2006, the company has established and operates a plant for the production of “15,000 m3 reinforced concrete pillars for high voltage” specified in the Master Plan for Infrastructure Development of Mongolia.
Since 2009, we have expanded our production and established a “Food Cultivated Birch Mushroom” factory under our company, producing and supplying hygienic products to the market.
In 2010, he established a household “Nail” factory based on his own factory and created new working places.
Since 2011 had established “Vacuum window” factory for construction of our steel factory and supply to the market.
Since 2012 started working with the joint investment of Mongolia and the Czech Republic, “Energy saving products factory” and “Energy Energy Construction” LLC were put into operation.
Our “GAN KHIITS” JSC had started its activities in 2015 to build a railway reinforced concrete pillow factory in Mongolia, conducted preliminary feasibility study and research work for 3 years, and built and put this factory into the operation.
The factory has more than 100 employees and works in one shift from 9 am to 6 pm. Works 24 hours a day during peak hours.
